Almost true.

Sends and receives through the native UI are now easier to deal with in 
later versions of 4.x, which is good, since that part of ReaAccess is a 
bit broken. ReaAccess itself still works about as well as it ever has, 
minus a couple of ReaAccess-specific context menus, which aren't 
necessary anymore due to changes in the UI for sends/receives.
No sweeping accessibility changes, allowing you to use it independent of 
ReaAccess with all functionality or anything like that, though.
