[RWP] using reaper's midi editor

Hi & Greetings from a HeatWave Queensland,

For me with SystemAccess the PianoRoll is unaccessable. I think so for other 
ScreenReaders.

However, when you are in the MIDI Editor Events View,
position the Cursor with Control J
Alt plus E opens the Edit Menu
Scroll down till you hear Insert Note
Hit Return

This opens a Dialog where you can enter all the relevant information for 
that note.
