[RWP] Please help, problem with reaper and reaaccess

Hi folks

I reinstalled my windows and wanted to install reaper and reaaccess but something weird has occured. 
I installed reaper 32-bit, openned its and closed as always prior to installing a reaAccess.
Then I tried to install reaAccess but I got this message:

Some components are missing, please open and close reaper. 

Ok, I did it, for a few times. Also restarted a windows but always same problem. 
I tried to install reaper 64-bit since my operating system is 64-bit too, but everything is same.
Does anybody have some advice what to do?
Before reinstalling a windows, everything worked fine.
I really don't have an idea what to do.
