[RWP] loading prtesets from synths?

>From what you've said so far, yup, it sounds like getting the synths
to see those presets relies on telling the plugins where to look. If
that's not doable accessibly (which is the case with most synths),
you're probably out of luck unless you can grab some time with a
working pair of peepers. It sucks, but that's the situation across all
DAWs, not just Reaper.

Speicifics of what plugins you're attempting to use might help, just
in case anyone here has already been down those paths and had any
success.
