Oh hang on, is that N and Shift+N for cycling presets specific to
Pianoteq? If it is, then you'll need to make sure that those
keystrokes are being passed through to the plugin. With the fx window
active and Pianoteq loaded, try hitting the Alt key, pull down the FX
menu and choose "Send all keyboard input to plug-in". You'll need to
toggle that setting off again when you're done, so might be worth
binding it to a keystroke in the actions list if it's something you'll
be using often.
