[RWP] Sheet music from midi?

What you describe  is quite possible, however i don’t think Reaper has any scoring features built in. That being said once you have the midi the way you want it you could import it into a transcription program to do this. Finale and Sibelius are the two big ones but can’t speak to the access of either with a screen reader. I do vaguely remember seeing a access plug in for sebelius awhile back however. On the mac Garage band has some limited score transcription functionality and logic is a bit more feature rich in that department. Once again though, can’t speak to how well voice over can read through the scores once transcribed,  but you’ll probably want some eyes on it anyways to make sure it looks good.
