[RWP] fadeing in or out, at a selected time?

Hi & Greetings from Down Under,

Okay so you have either one or several items on your Audio Trak.

Select either the last Item or the Single Item.

Press Shift plus F2 , this brings up the Item Properties Dialog

TAB 3 times you will hear Time, leave this if you wish to work in Hours, 
Minutes or Seconds or Change it to Beats if you wish to work in Bars 
Measures Ticks.

TAB 4 more times and this will be your FADE OUT edit field, type in the 
required amount of FADE OUT.

Hit RETURN to exit Dialog.
