[RWP] ASIO4All

Avoid using a Realtek sound card. Avoid Asio4all if possible, I.E. use
an audio interface that supports asio natively.

Asio4all uses Kernel streaming, meaning it has exclusive control over
the audio device while it is open.

You can get OK performance using MME at 128 samples (about 20 MS,) which
isn't terribly awesome, but not as bad as trying to use DirectSound.
This will allow you to also use speech on that device. But, if you're
going to do anything serious, ditch the Realtek.
