[RWP] The latest release of ReaAccess scripts for JAWS

Hi.
Opinions are divided here as to which versions of Reaper to use.
I have used ReaAccess with Reaper version 4.6 and it still works but take note that I myself am new to ReaAccess and have not dug deep into its features.
If I were you, I would start at version 3.78.
