[RWP] the midi events list in the latest version of reaper does not speek please help, kind regards trey.

Hey all I'm running the latest version of reaper with system access and NVDA. 

When I go to the midi events list on a recorded midi file or an imported midi file it does not speak when i press the up and down arrow keys. 

Am I doing some thing wrong? or is there a problem or bug? 

your help with this problem would be most welcome, kind regards trey.
