[RWP] applying swing to audio files in reaper?? kind regards trey.

hey all, I have some questions about applying swing to audio recorded or imported in to reaper. 

Firstly is it possible to set the grid to have a global swing? I cant find the grid options and i'm wondering if this is possible? 

Secondly is it possible to apply swing to a single audio part for example a kick drum track?
