Depends on what you call access.
Predator, Blue, SubBoomBass, which are older Rob Papen synth I have, plus
Albino, which is a LinPlug Synth, I believe written by Rob Papen, all
display their list of presets to Window-Eyes, Jaws and probably to NVDA,
in Reaper.
I believe all those also respond to program Change messages, and change
their presets, from any midi keyboard.
You can assign any of their displayed parameters to any control surface,
by Midi Learn.
Predator has a special script that can be added to its registry entry
that offers more text labeling, don't know if that's for the older 32
bit versions only, or if it's available on 64 bits as well.
I never tried to access these plugs directly from their native
interfaces, just played their presets and made a few tweaks by midi learn.
