[RWP] Inserting markers for cut copy or delete in a track.

The letter m just drop markers more suited for navigating the project and being able to quickly jump to any *marked* point in the project quickly from anywhere. Left and right brackets will  move  you to the previous and next marker respectively and numbers 1 through 0 will let you jump to marker one through 10 quickly from anywhere in the project. However it appears the question was about start and end markers that are used to make selections.
