[RWP] Shortcuts for managing items in a track.

Hi Alexis,
Up or downarrow Selects a track.
Select an item ifthe the cursor is left of it on the selected track with 
ctrl+right arrow, or if the cursor is to the right of the item, then 
ctrl+left arrow selects the item.
Shift+A selects the item under the cursor on the selected track.
If you press F12 you get training mode, so you can hear the actions of 
keys and shortcuts spoken without their being executed.
Press F12 again to return to normal mode, where shortcuts actions are 
executed.
