[RWP] Shortcuts for managing items in a track.

use up or down arrows to select the track, then i believe it is control with left and right arrows to move between items on that track.  Add shift key to select items as you move. Once you have items selected  standard cut copy and paste shortcuts should work.  
 Once you have a selection made i believe there is a create loop from selection option under one of the menus.
