[RWP] Shortcuts for managing items in a track.

Dear all,

I'm reading some tutorials to understand how manage item in a track, but 
a lot of explanations are based on mouse manipulation. So I come at you 
for knowing if accessible alternative could exist.

First question, how to navigate between inserted items for selecting, 
copying or deleting them?

Second questions, how to create a loop if an item? By the way, can I 
create loops without item, only based on time selection in a track?
