[RWP] eextensions in the latest version of reaper 4.60 what's going on?

In the future, no idea. Now:

Pro Tools (any version >= 8), and (possibly) Logic Pro X. GarageBand 
too, since it's inception I believe.

There's always Sound Recorder of course, which I'm personally quite fond 
of! :-)
