[RWP] eextensions in the latest version of reaper 4.60 what's going on?

Looks pretty bleak unfortunately... But this topic is eating its own
tail and has been covered many times.  Short answer is everything's
breaking and ya work with what ya got until it's gone entirely, or
stick to an old version of the DAW
