[RWP] eextensions in the latest version of reaper 4.60 what's going on?

Unless anyone here knows something I don't, then it seems fair to say
that ReaAccess in its current form is the last version there'll be. Of
course, that doesn't stop someone else from coming along with a fresh
(hopefully open source) take on an accessibility bridge.
