Hi Patrick,
Thanks for the quick reply:
So than should I install NVDA and would that fix the problem here? Or would
I then also have to re-install Reaper and then Re-Access after installing
nvda?
Thanks,
John

Are you using Window-eyes?
There is a known problem with ReaAccess and at least some versions of
Window-eyes on 64-bit systems.

Hi!
I'm new to this list just today and already I'm in need of an answer:
<grinn>
I just installed Reaper 3.78 and reAccess version 2.0 on my Windows machine
running an I3 with 8gb of ram.
After installing Reaper, I invoked the program. I was immediately
confronted with a dialog box and a list of audio connections. I am running
an Allen - Heath Zed 10FX USB daw and the Allen - Heath's sound card is
already properly set up in Windows Sound and Recording as "USB Audio Codex."
So I skipped the Reaper sound card set-up and closed the program. I then
installed the ReAccess program. I then once again invoked Reaper and
temporarily lost Window-Eyes speech using DecAccess ;32. When my speech
finally came back, I got a message on screen stating that Reaper had a
problem loading native plugins; please close the program.
Any ideas what has happened here? Any suggestions as to what I need to do
in order to get things going? Do you think I should uninstall and
re-install Reaper? Then would I have to do the same with ReAccess?
Thank you,
John Chilelli
