Hi,
Well, this just sort of proves to me how unhelpful these people can be.
It's all very well being able to use N, P, and control with those keys, but
blind people just...can't.
I don't quite understand what he's saying about the x number. Its funny how
with any other vst that uses presets, I'm able to access all of them. For
example, Z3ta+.
That's slightly annoying and frustraighting.

Pianoteq support and my self have exchanged emails concerning the problems
that I am having accessing Pianoteq's presets. Below is their latest
response.
Hi Jim,
The hosts only pick the first X number of presets. That is why only the
D4 grand piano is being available in their list. The host developers should
try to increase the X number so that you can pick all presets for all
instruments.
