Not without spending a lot more money.

Your problem with the l t is not your a to d conversion but that you 
have unbalanced i/o
except for the mic pres it's all r c a connections, and those are 
inherently noisy unless you are very careful.

Most converters these days are pretty good, it's not like it was in he 
80s, and there are a lot of places home studio guys can improve elsewhere
and get a much better sound than the dac.
