[RWP] A good soundcard for a voice over talent?

The Deltas are good old cards, but the analog input section has been far 
surpassed by lots of other stuff. If you still want to keep that card 
around, you could always go the route of finding a good preamp with 
sp/dif out, and slaving your Delta's clock to that, thereby not using 
the Delta's A/D section for input.
No idea if the Roland preamps are good.

Of course, things also depend on what mics you are using.
If I remember, you have a Neumann TLM103 and a Rode NT1A?
