[RWP] Please Guitarists, Recommendation for Looper Pedal

Maybe it's the list server that's only allowing a trickle of messages 
through.
MidiMag has been unusually quiet also.
  I think both are on the same server, since they go down simultaneously.

Actually, the archive of RWP has all the answers how to run Reaper and 
ReaAccess, so if those are preserved, they're enough in themselves to 
get new users going with Reaper.
