[RWP] Sends/return question.

What's the advantage of pressing the letter I and adding the sends and
receives like that, versus just going onto the flange track, and
pressing the applications key plus enter, and adding the sends/receives
from the little drop down menu? You know, you press those keys and you
hear, master send, checked, sends sub menu, receives submenu, etc.
So whqat's the advantage of doing the letter I versus the above method?
