[RWP] Sends/return question.

Hi list,

So, I am trying to insert a flange on an empty track, and send it to 
three other tracks which are all four channels. The first track is a 
music track and two others are vocals. However when I set the 
sends/receives, the flange is not heard, even though all four tracks 
have four channels. What am I doing wrong? I've done reverb stuff using 
non-reaper reverb plugins and had little trouble.
Also, is it possible to have a reverb send going out to multiple 
tracks, but with different levels of the reverb per track?
