[RWP] Enabling midi ports

On a PC, in all screenreaders, you route the name of the disabled device
over to your number pad, then focus on it there and right-click it.
That brings up the configuration dialog.
Hit enter on the configuration dialog to open it, place checkmarks on
its choices which you get by tabbing.
Then, when you're finished configuring, tab down to OK and hit enter.
Maybe you can translate this into MacTalk, and post it here for others?
