[RWP] Record inputs menu

I have 32 inputs on one interface myself, although I'm used to, and
would rather, work with channel numbers than friendly names. This is
only my preference. I can see the utility for having both, especially
when using things like aggregate devices, where names and channel maps
don't necessarily line up across multiple systems. I just recently ran
into that when designing an audio distribution system for a museum for
something like 30 Mac workstations.
