[RWP] Record inputs menu

I can also reproduce this behavior. Generally speaking, I find it easier 
to navigate Reaper with the trackpad rather than the keyboard in this 
case, if not using item chooser. It's good that the option to use item 
chooser exists, but it shouldn't be necessary.
I don't have time to do any serious testing for the next couple of 
weeks, as I'm in the middle of a move, but will be happy to provide more 
input as time permits.
