[RWP] Question about rendering and channel modes in Reaper

Hi list,

I know normally when you render a project to a wave file in Reaper, the 
channel is selected to stereo. However, I somehow changed my channel 
selection to mono and cannot get it to default to stereo when I render 
files now. How can I reset this? It's rather annoying to have to tell 
Reaper I want a stereo file every single time I want to render a mix.
