[RWP] Can I output and play my Yamaha MX61 library through midi in Reaper?

Hello all,

I have a Yamaha MX61. I bought it because it can play a large bank of 
midi instruments.

Nevertheless, a friend of me told me, you only can use this midi sound 
bank in analogic with Reaper.
You can't output your MX61 midi sound bank through midi protocole, for 
playing the same instrument that you heard on your Yamaha, for heard the 
same instrument in Reaper. You have to install a distinct library for 
playing the installed library.

Is it true?
