[RWP] Mystery Menu or What?

Please try this as an experiment, okay, and tell me what you get?
1 Insert some tracks with ctrl+t, at least three tracks,, it doesn't 
matter whether they're empty or not.
2 Press the letter I when track 1 is selected.
3 Tab down until you get to the fields to assign sends or recieves for 
track 1; and assign some sends or recieves to or from the other two 
tracks, doesn't matter which, since this is just an experiment.
Once the sends and recieves are made for track 1, press escape to exit 
back to track view.
4 Now, with track 1 selected, press shift+i.
You get a box where you can arrow up and down to select either send, 
recieve or hardware, and you hear the word checked after the one you 
select with up/down arrows.
5 Tab down once and you hear, for example, send collapsed.
6 Press alt+down arrow and you expand  sends so you can read a list of 
the sends for track 1.
Yes, you can read the sends for track 1, but whether you can change or 
delete track 1's sends in this dialog is what we need to determine.
7 Now tab down and you'll find an interesting menu that I've never run 
across before, with selections I've found nowhere else, at least not 
with the way I usually work.
Is this menu at the tab key the missing record input or routing menu 
that so many have been longing for, or another mystery menu, or simply 
another way to get to a known menu?
