[RWP] Question about Rendering tracks as stereo stems in Reaper 3

Hi list,
So, I notice that every time I tell Reaper to render a track as a 
stereo stem, it renders the wave file as 32 bit kbps, how do I change 
this to something more managable like 24kbps? Thanks. Also, for you 
mastering folks out there, what do yall prefer, a stereo mixdown, or 
individual stems, and why? Just curious.
