[RWP] The context sends/receives menu has returned!

Hi list.
So, I got on a quest to figure out why the context sends/receives menu 
would show up on the version of Reaper I had on my thumb drive, but not 
the version on my internal drive. As a hunch, I decided to load up a 
track template where I knew the context menu worked. I loaded it, 
ditched the two tracks, created another blank track just for the fun of 
it, pressed shift and the context key, and low and behold, I have the 
menu back on my internal disk version of Reaper. I then exited out of 
Reaper and restarted it again, and bam, it's back.
Very strange how it disappeared on me like that, but glad I got the 
configuration restored so that both Reaper installations have it.
