[RWP] the latest reaper is worth a look.

Can anyone tell me whether Reaper 64 bit and ReaAccess work properly with
Window-eyes yet? I know Window-eyes wouldn't work properly with ReaAccess
before which is why I've not bothered with Reaper for a while but if that's
been fixed I might give it another go.

Every morning, on the latest Reaper 4.71 I think it is, I play beautiful
VSTI plugs with midi from my midi keyboard, and Reaper performs flawlessly,
but I haven't tried editing anything for months; I'm just coming off a
wonderfully-restful acoustic holiday, playing flutes and drums, no computer
music.
Can someone else comment about editing midi, in Reaper, if you just study
and apply David Shortland, Scott, Roy,'s guidelines, it'll work?
I'm betting it does.
Something may be wrong with your settings in Reaper, or maybe your computer
has programs running in the background, ad ware, mail bots, or a bad
antivirus program When I was running the invasive F-Secure antivirus.
It was constantly probing any program running on the computer, getting in
the way, and sometimes causing Microsoft and Reaper settings to change.
This Avira antivirus I'm running now seems almost invisible, less than half
the boot up time.
Avira seems mostly to not affect running programs, Settings in Reaper now
are the same as when I last looked at them.
