[RWP] Some sliders won't increase value in effects window

No apologies required, we all want mac to work for Reaper and anywhere 
else it can, so we'll have another option.
It's obvious that Macs have their issues too, and all of us know how 
truly peculiar PC's can be.
Mine is more stable than any other I ever owned, but unaccountably 
changes settings on its own, always has and always will as long as the 
boneHeads at Microsoft are in power.
