[RWP] Good free/low-cost plug-ins for Reaper

Hi all,

I'm doing some simple mixes of just vocals and guitar in Reaper with
ReaAccess, but I'm looking for some better free or low-cost plug-ins to
compliment the ones already available in the program.  The compressors,
EQs, reverbs and whatever else you think is nice to have.  I recall a
ZIP file of a collection of free plug-ins like this making the rounds a
couple of years back, but suggestions alone are fine.
