[RWP] Very strange, shift+applications key not bringing up reaaccess sends/receives dialog

There is a sends and receives sub-menu, as well as one for the hardware
outputs, as well as an option to rout and unrout tracks from the master.
Even if you haven't seen this menu, What menus have you discovered, and how
do we get to them.
