[RWP] Very strange, shift+applications key not bringing up reaaccess sends/receives dialog

This same thing happened to me earlier in the year. I never figured out what
exactly changed, however I did get it back. Try opening a saved project
where you know you had access to the method. Other than that I unfortunately
have no other advice.

Absolutely I agree with you Patrick. I'm using 3.76 and somehow the context
menu went away. Fortunately before this happened I backed up my Reaper
config to a USB key and so I still have access to it. But still sucks
because I want to figure out what the heck happened.
