[RWP] Forcing Soft Synths to Change Presets from Program Change Messages

It's really true, some soft synths don't respond to program change
messages as well as others.
For Reaper, here are some workArounds:
First, make sure your midi keyboard is changing its own built in sounds,
if it has them.
Then, if you can't get the soft synth to change its presets from your
midi keyboard, try pressing the letter f when the track with the soft
synth is selected.
Tap the escape key quickly to Dismiss bridged mode if it's running, so
you are able to tab through the effects controls.
Tab down to the line that begins with a percent.
Then try the up down arrows on your qwerty keyboard, which may cause the
soft synth's presets to change.
If that doesn't work, stay where you are in Reaper and try again
rotating the selector knob or press preset buttons on your midi
keyboard, and if the preset changes; you'll also have waked up your
qwerty keyboard's arrow keys, so you can select patches from up/down
arrows, more reliable, plus you hear the names of the soft synth's
presets spoken as you change them.
I also find that going to the numberPad and doing various clicks on the
name of the preset, if it's shown, can wake up response to program change.
Some combination of the midi keyboard, the Reaper FX page line that
begins with percent, your qwerty up/down arrows; and clicking on the
preset from your old friend the NumberPad may be able to wake up
response to program change messages, for that soft synth in that
session, better than nothing.
