[RWP] Audio slates in Reaper, is there any point?

Can't really see much point in identifying in the audio nowadays when
you can just devise a naming system that's easy for you to remember,
rename each take as you go and have your screen reader automatically
announce which take you've switched to during comping. I suppose it
might help you to piece a broken project back together, but in 5 years
or so of using Reaper, I've only ever had to do that once.

At the end of the day though, if it contributes to your workflow
somehow or it helps you settle into the right frame of mind to run
your session like a pro, then why not!
