[RWP] Any vst that will givem e an real-time reversed dry signal?

No, reverse+effect in the editor, usually. Most of the time, I use
SoundForge and some choice convolution impulses. Like I said, this can
all be done within Reaper itself, I just find it faster to do that part
outside the DAW.
You could, in theory, create yourself a macro you would run after
splitting an item that would first render items reversed, then apply
track effects, render reverse again. You just have to be careful about
tails and the way things line up. Definitely not a plug-and-play
solution. I used to do this sort of thing with a four-track tape deck
and a spring reverb unit. So much easier.

Not real time, but in order for a reverse effect to work, you'd need a huge amount of buffering, not so good for pre-render. Plus, that buffer would have to flush at some point. Here, you can use any effect you want.
