[RWP] Selecting inputs on a current track in Reaper for Mac OSX

i’ll go look for it but if you have link, i’ll support it. Thing is as far back as i remember  seeing that dialog with voice over comes and goes  even with in the same version of reaper. For example  it usually didn’t disappear for me until i started to have 5+ tracks in a project and the channel strips c got consolidated to show more on the screen. but usually starting a brand new project i was always able to see the drop down menu for selecting inputs.
