[RWP] Any vst that will givem e an real-time reversed dry signal?

Your best bet would be to render items reversed, apply track effects, 
reverse again, re-align to match timeline. Not real time, but in order 
for a reverse effect to work, you'd need a huge amount of buffering, not 
so good for pre-render. Plus, that buffer would have to flush at some 
point. Here, you can use any effect you want.
I generally only use this for highlighting. I also generally tend to 
export items out of Reaper to another editor, do the magic there, then 
import back to reaper, honestly, because I can do it faster that way.
