Hello guys
@Scot, Regarding your domain, I think it's cool, because it's a .com and
it should be found faster with google.
The oreo's monster's website is great too, since he has really good
tricks written down.
I'll have to think and see what should i do.
@jim, and @chriss
I totally agree that the mailingList using thunderbird is easy, But if
used in the right way, It is harder than the forums, for the blind people.
Look at this Mail. I'm very happy that non of you guys cleared out our
replies and cut down the history of messages. but lots of ScreenReader
users do, and that makes me frustrated. After all, it's not just them
who's reading the messages, Maybe someone else later on want to read the
whole discussion.
Now, If people like us keep down the messages like below, It's hard to
follow it with a Screen Reader.
Try it right now, go at the end of this document and pretend that it's
your first time browsing this discussion.
It's hard to read, and you have to read from above, going back the
discussion which could be weird.
Using forums would be faster if people just used a bit of their time to
adapt to it. Then it would be faster, would come with features,
discussion histories could be kept, The community would have new members
(No one specially sighted people will try to subscribe to a MailingList
just to post on one topic or subject). but they will quickly register on
a forum, and even participate further.
I'm going to make an atempt to bring reaper access community to a forum,
So people would know we exist, Our messages could be saved in a better way.
It could be a fail, but I want to try anyway.
Cheers
Hadi
