[RWP] I need all of your input, please. Abandoning Reaper vs. ProTools, should I stay or go?

Reaper is the king of flexibility and giving you different ways to skin a cat. Part of the reason i switched  from PT to reaper on the mac is just that flexibility. Custom actions and macros and things like the SWS Extensions speeds workflow like nothing else. But if you aren’t interested in putting in the Time and energy to build custom set ups Pro Tools is the king of installing it and start  using it like any other sighted person. Also from what i see on the Pro Tools mailing list Midi is pretty much good to go in Version 11. Yeah you had limited midi from an accessibility standpoint in older versions but not any more in version 11.  As much  as i love sonar and miss it sometimes, its probably the most complicated out of the 3 DAW’s to set up and get working and running out of the box. Though the advantage is with Sonar and HotspotClicker you do have access to a larger virtual instrument library than you do on the mac.Nothing wrong with keeping a PC around for your VI sounds and using PT on the mac for everything else either. And yes while you can accessibly image and clone drives on windows, that stuff is just easier/smoother with VO and OSX. And VO may lack some of the advanced features of JAWS, its got some unique features of its own.
