You know, you don't need permission from Cockos Forums to begin a thread
on that forum structure, you just register with Cockos Forums, then
begin a thread on running Reaper without sight, or some such title.
The thread gets whatever title you assign to it, never gets deleted, can
be cross-referenced from any other Cockos thread, shows up as a hit in
google when anyone googles the subject, anyone, sighted or blind, can
contribute to the thread, and Cockos maintains it without hassle for us.
What could be simpler?
I will start the thread if you want, then post the URL to it here.
Let me know if Running Reaper Without Sight is an okay title, since it
shouldn't offend anyone, I would think.
I can post links to other websites, like The Oreo Monster's Reaper
Access; if I can find its URL; and to the RWP mail list and archives, as
a beginning.
The Cockos forum structure has lots of advantages, like you can post
links to play the audio of your projects, to download project templates
from a DropBox, anything, and the links remain, although sometimes
people remove the files that once were in their DropBox.
