Sorry guys, I meant to fix this error ages ago but was on the road
when it was last baught to my attention and by the time I got back I
obviously forgot. Doh! I've filed a support ticket with the hosting
provider now. Can't see an obvious reason why it's broken, so I'm
guessing they've changed something at their end of the deal.

Jes, basically the reason that a whole new list hasn't been started is
because Ivan doesn't control this place, so it's continued on without
him. Nothing stopping you from pursuing that course of action if you
can see any validity in it.
