[RWP] How to install reaaccess 32 on a Win64 bit system?

I never understood the advantage of installing 32-bit Reaper onto a
64-bit system.
I think for Patrick it was for some specific routing options he needed.
Otherwise you can run 32 bit plugs on a 64 bit machine in Reaper's
bridged mode.
When you download Reaper, you are advised to install the Reaper version
designed for your system, I.E. 32 bit Reaper on XP and 64 bit Reaper on
Windows 7 64 bit.
Plenty of folks here are happy with bridged mode, but I myself don't
like the more limited access into some partly-accessible 32 bit plugs
that I get on Win7, so I'm rebuilding my XP setup that ran flawlessly
for years, before a studio accident wen a little dog tangled itself in
cables which shorted a jack; which in turn corrupted many drivers.
After that accident, I became hyper-concerned that such a little bit of
hardware damage could devestate XP so much, so configured another hard
drive for a Win7 64 daw.
Since then, I experienced Win7 64 also being devestated in another
computer; by an internal short circuit, when an overly large PCIE sound
card drooped against a ram stick, and blew out something.
I'm now thinking it'll be much less time-consuming to go through the
damaged XP daw, replace corrupted drivers and such, than to set up
complex things like Novation AutoMap on this Win7 daw.
I also think, despite that 64 bit bridged mode works fairly well, that
classic 32 bit plugs, like me, are happiest on 32 bit XP.
I've been hundred percent comfortable navigating Win7 since it first
came out; like some of its ways better than XP, just don't think bridged
mode is as good as 32 bits for me, and can't afford to replace all those
classic 32 bit plugs.
Hate to be a retro, but if I'm more at home with XP and my great old
plugs, I'll move back in that cozy old house.
I don't find the instability in XP, that some mention, but it's
certainly true that XP is no good on the web, way too easily penetrated
to cope with modern viruses, so I'll never again risk going online with
it again.
The major inconvenience with running two systems is going online with
Win7 to get updates to plugs or newer Reaper versions, then transferring
registration scripts and updates back to the XP system on a thumb drive.
I simply believe it's safer not to put your daw online, and I hear that
plenty of commercial studios wouldn't even consider doing it.
My thing is that I can get to some of my plug's interfaces really well
with Window-Eyes, but GW Micro never fixed the inability of Wineyes to
cooperate with 64 bit Reaper and ReaAccess; despite the fact that Jaws,
NVDA and System Access all work fine with 64 bit Reaper and ReaAccess.
GW Micro blames ReaAccess, and doesn't believe Wineyes needs fixing;
so have put zero resources toward the issue.
