Hi Keith,

You just wrote:

Oh! I'm not the only one. :)

The only accessible way I could find in order to edit midi tracks is the so-called "events list". I could not figure out how to use other views of the midi editor like the piano roll, note editor, CC lanes or drum view.

Yes, definitely but for the moment, I could only do it in the most tedious way: browsing the events list one by one and editing each of them as needed. For notes, it's long but still ok for me. However, for effects like pitch bend, aftertouch, modulation wheel and all controllers which generate bursts, having to treat all the events one by one becomes really annoying and not so realistic.

At one time, I tried to select several events at once by hitting the shift key with as many down arrows as I wanted. The events I selected were effectively highlighted but internally, Reaper selected much more than I really wanted.

I'm still looking for an efficient way to treat a group of events in a single operation and I could not find it yet.

Except correcting a midi file, I could not do any real performance with Reaper yet on my mac. This is why I began desperate and wanted to try Reaper on a PC. I downloaded it a few days ago but did not have time to try it yet.

Sorry for your second question. Since I'm regularly playing midi with an external keyboard with plenty of sounds, doing more work on the keyboard itself than on the computer, I was only curious to know whether I could play with GB samples into Reaper or not. I could not indeed.

I further googled a little and found someone who explained they could load GB samples into Reaper by using Kontakt. They did not seem to be blind and, therefore, they did not talk about accessibility issues which probably arise in Kontakt. Moreover, it seems quite expensive to me for just loading GB samples into Reaper.

Have a nice day. ChD
